“Shoulder to Shoulder: A Resiliency Program Built for First Responders, By First Responders in partnership with Movember and the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Association.

The Blueprint approach.

We have a special focus on strengthening the recovery environments that protect well-being across whole communities.

Our programs are co-designed with the people who do the work—so they’re culturally relevant, usable, and grounded in real conditions.

Connected, mission-ready, recovery-competent.

What we offer

A simple set of offerings that work together—from change-based leadership and culture-building, to post-critical incident regroup and recovery, to transformative resiliency education.

Built in collaboration with first responders, clinicians, and academic partners, we follow three core principles in our offerings:

  • Co-designed with our clients

  • Research-informed and subject to rigorous, ongoing evaluation

  • Culturally sensitive and practical language, pacing, and tools

Critical Incident Recovery Competence

Preparation and a strategic regroup after critical incidents - so the cost doesn’t compound.

First Responder Resiliency Program

Clinician-led group training that builds durable recovery skills and lasting peer support networks.

Team Leadership Training & Development

Lead for performance today - and prepare for greater resilience and recovery for the future.

"Without a doubt, the change in the individual and in fire departments across BC continues to be extremely positive since running our resiliency programs. This program is making a significant difference; if we can be healthy and resilient at work, we can be healthy at home with our families."
