Focusing on men and boys helps women, children, families, and communities.

Who We Help.

Men, Boys, Fathers & Father Figures

Many men and boys grapple with how to think about and behave in male-dominated workplaces, and improving connections with their family members, friends, and communities.

Our research and programs also include a special focus on fatherhood and father figure relationships:

  • Fathers—at any age and stage

  • Mentors, coaches, and bosses—’social fathers’ who typically provide guidance, influence, companionship and support to other men and boys

  • Parasocial fathers—father-like figures who model ideas and behaviours in society and popular culture (ie. athletes, celebrities, and internet influencers)

Blueprint programs on men and boys provide education focused on communication and active listening, emotional Intelligence, and gender socialization, while addressing the links between historically masculine ideologies and contemporary expectations of men and boys.

First Responders

Since 2017, Blueprint has worked closely with first responders in Canada and Australia on resiliency education; today, thanks to the support of our partners, hundreds of fire fighters, paramedics, and police receive Blueprint’s First Responders Resiliency Program from trained facilitators.

Leaders & Team Culture

In a world where employees want to be understood and valued by their leaders, organizations are working hard to meet their evolving expectations as a way of attracting, retaining and growing talent. We work with clients in the private and public sectors to build and cultivate heightened levels of mutual understanding and care—both for and within teams—so everyone can bring their whole self to work.

Blueprint works with organizations  to create more equitable inclusive environments, so that people of all genders, ethnic, and racial backgrounds can carry that responsibility together.

Blueprint has been invited to present and share our work with the following groups and organizations:
